We have adapted our processes to increase hygiene standards and comply with the latest government guidelines, including strict adherence to the two-metre distancing rule.
Reflex Vehicle Hire is leading the industry with the introduction of innovative cleaning sprays that protect surfaces and skin for several days after application, greatly reducing the chances of the infection being spread.
Other important initiatives we have introduced include:
- All customer facing staff are equipped with sanitising products, including anti-viral hand gel, anti-viral wipes, face masks and gloves.
- Our customers benefit from a contactless delivery service. The vehicle is fully sanitised before the keys are left in a safe place for customers to collect.
- We provide a contactless collection service. Vehicles are left to stand for several days before they are collected. We then carry out a full cleaning programme before the vehicle is moved.
- Each employee workstation has a protective screen and all staff have access to cleaning products including anti-viral hand sanitisers and anti-viral wipes.
- All colleagues and visitors complete a temperature check when they visit our sites to guard against the spread of the virus.
